Sherry Mae always depicts an "I care attitude" that earned commendations from the customers. She strives for excellence in work and takes the initiative of guiding her co-worker when needed. When she was just a kitchen helper, she successfully managed the operation of The Continental, performing tasks way above her scope of work. This attitude impressed her superiors. Above all, she consistently showed excellent performance by rendering a high quality of service not just on special occasions but on a daily basis.
This year's Employees of the Year have one thing in common: their work attitude is considered far better than others. Moreover, they once again proved the fact that to get promoted, you should grow bigger than your role.
