Anihan 2010 Graduate is Junior Supervisor at The Palms Country Club

Anihan Technical School graduate of 2010, Charissa May Borines, is Junior Supervisor at the The Palms Country Club in Alabang.

Charissa rose through the ranks in The Palms. She started out as a food attendant, was promoted as captain waitress of the Nishijin (Japanese restaurant in The Palms), and last year, promoted again as Junior Supervisor of the Food and Beverage Department. Referring to her studies in Anihan and her eventual employment, Charissa said:

Nakapag-pagawa po ako ng bahay namin. Dati nakikitira lang kami sa aking tita. Nabibili ko ung iba mga bagay na dati hindi ko kaya at nakakapagbigay po ako sa amin sa mga kailangan nila. Bagay na natutunan ko sa Anihan ay ang maging mabuti sa iba, takot sa Dioys at trust in God. Everything you want or pray for (will come about) in God's perfect time. Share your blessing. (I have been able to have our own house built. Before, we just used to live with my aunt. I am also able to buy things I need which I couldn't afford before and also help my family in their needs.
