Anihan Graduate Sous Chef at The Morning After

Anihan 2013 graduate, Mae Maries is a Sous Chef at The Morning After Restaurant 


Anihan graduate, Mae Olaez is a Sous Chef at The Morning After Restaurant in Nuvali, Sta Rosa, Laguna. This restaurant was opened last May 2015, but it has already been getting the crowd’s attention due to their variety of Filipino and international breakfast and lunch meals. Mae did her On-the-Job-Training at Amici Italian Restaurant in Cold Kitchen Department for almost 4 months. 



“First of all, I want to say thank you for accepting me here in Anihan, I felt everything changed, the way I talk, the way I dress and most especially, the way I look forward on how to achieve goals. Thank you Anihan for changing the way I am. Mas napalapit ako sa Diyos dahil sa Anihan, tinuro sa akin na kahit anong mangyari, kahit anong problema, ang Diyos ang dapat lapitan, dahil Siya lang ang karamay sa lahat"

"Salamat sa Anihan at nakapagtapos ako ng pag-aaral sa kolehiyo. Taos puso akong nagpapasalamat dahil akala ko ang isang tulad ko na mahirap ay hindi makakaranas magsuot ng itim na toga pero sa awa ng Diyos at sa konting pagtitiyaga, nakapagtapos ako at nakahanap ng magandang trabaho. Ako ngayon ay Sous Chef na sa The Morning After"

"Maraming Salamat sa Anihan dahil may stable na trabaho na ako, sapat na para pag aralin at pagtapusin ang kapatid ko dito din sa Anihan. Sana po ay mas marami pa kayong matulungan"
