The Food Service scholarship course in Anihan consists of the following qualifications:1. COOKERY National Certificate II (NC II)
Graduates of Cookery NC II are competent to be a:
- Commis 1, 2, or 3
- Pastry Cook / Baker
- Hot Kitchen Cook
- Cold Kitchen Cook / Chef Garde manger
- Sauce Chef / Saucier
2. FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES (NC II)
Graduates of Food and Beverage Services NC II are competent to be a:- Waitress (Chef de Rang / Demi Chef de Rang)
- Food Attendant
- Food Server
3. BREAD AND PASTRY PRODUCTION (NC II)
Graduates of Bread and Pastry Production NC II are competent to be a:- Commis 1, 2, or 3 - Pastry
- Baker / Pastry Cook
